Management, dissemination and coordination activities

· WP1: Project management
The primary objective of this WP is to develop the most efficient management support to the whole consortium to allow its members to implement the project with maximum efficiency. More specifically, the objective is to develop a web based management platform to be used for scientific coordination, for data management and innovation related activities, for periodic reporting and organisation of key meetings of the Assembly and of Board, and for the financial and legal management. The objectives of this WP also encompass the overseeing of gender and ethics issues.

Specific objectives
· To establish standardised format to ensure a consistent flow of information at agreed time to enable both the scientific and management teams to make pivotal decisions in due time

· To keep a track-record of the scientific progress, cost and budget situation and create an early-warning system.

· To keep each partner, including where appropriate the Commission, fully informed about the project status, the work planning (adjustments) and all other issues which are important and relevant to the partners to ensure maximum transparency and achieve synergy of the cooperation.

· To create effective communication within and outside the consortium with key stakeholders, and allow for timely dissemination of foreground.

· To implement a gender and ethics awareness process
